it has a lovely bar and very very helpful and patient staff. the rooms are tidy and freshly renovated, equipped with central heating, an electronic key card and tea/coffee making equipment.

All was perfect.

The location was stunning and conveniently close to a well-known museum.

I know this chain and without being surprised by anything in particular, it is true that the quality-price ratio is great, besides we use the hotels to sleep and have breakfast and we go, in this chain always the beds are comfortable, pillows are comfortable, breakfast is very complete has everything a little scrambled eggs, delicious bacon, mass to make waffles yourself, a very very important thing especially for Spanish customers coffee, has an espresso machine that makes you freshly ground coffee with fresh milk, is not a coffee of those aguachirri you put in some hotels of much more category, that you are worth much more money, in my opinion the excellent breakfast.

We parked the car in front of the hotel in an area where there were more cars parked, we asked the receptionist if we could park outside, I'm talking this was 8 pm, and we were told that if we parked outside we would have to go out and pay the ticket every 2 hours, we could park in the hotel parking lot with an additional charge or in the parking lot of the People's Square also paying, what was our surprise that when we went out to move the car we saw a parking meter and we saw that in that area you can park for free from 7pm to 9am the next day, we were very surprised that a receptionist didn't know this information and if we didn't realize we would have paid 16 euros to park in his parking lot, being able to park for free right in front of it, since we have breakfast soon and we are going to enjoy the day with it before 9am:00 we're out of the hotel.. There are no amenities for showering, there is only a bottle of soap that costs a lot to make foams and must have a lot of alcohol in it, if it gets in your eyes it stings a lot.

Spotlessly clean accommodation, patient and attentive staff at check-out. Fashionable silent rooms with sufficient space as well as kettle. Excellent breakfast choice with a waffle maker and waffles. The hotel of choice in Mechelen.

Great location for exploring the area, delicious breakfast featuring waffles and a waffle maker.

Breakfast was good, good bread. The other baked goods were rather rickety. Especially good at the bed was the choice of different pillows.

Our hotel was near tourist sites such as grote markt. Perfect for trip...

The hotel is located in a perfect spot, just a short walk away from the main square, where you'll find plenty of cafes and restaurants. The service provided by the staff was excellent, they were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Lift broken for 3 days.

This is an economy hotel. The layout was fine and the included breakfast was good.

The bed was not very comfortable. My room faced the main street and there was a lot of traffic noise in the room (poor sound insulation). Parking, at €15 per night, was expensive considering we only parked our car for 8 hrs.

Our stay was pleasant with no complaints whatsoever, providing a relaxing base for our trip.

The location is the best the hotel has to offer. The room is quite large and well equipped.The coffee at breakfast is good.

The noise of the ventilation system. It is a know issue, but will not be mended.Even is the ventilation/heating/airco is turned off the noise remains.Only option is to take the key card out and have no light or power for laptop etc..If you want to sleep without waking up every now because of this noise and than the hotel is not recommended. Breakfast is very basic and a bit poor and dull.

quiet and at the central

The breakfast was sensational with waffles and a waffle maker. The location was comfortable and decent. There were comfortable beds and an electric kettle, climate control, and an iron inside the room. The hotel was right by bars, cafés, and restaurants, the shopping area, and the center of beautiful Mechelen.

Not enough tea/coffee facilities in the room particularly milk.
